1. About MedWe
MedWe is a telehealth platform that connects patients with PMDC-registered physicians for weight loss consultations and GLP-1 based treatment programs. MedWe does not directly provide medical services — all clinical decisions are made solely by independent licensed physicians.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Pakistan to use our services. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The treating physician retains full discretion over all prescribing decisions.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful health information. Inaccurate information may affect your care and may result in account suspension. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
4. Medical Disclaimer
MedWe is not a substitute for in-person medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any treatment. Results vary based on individual health status, adherence, and lifestyle factors.
5. Payments
All fees are due at the time of service. Medical consultation fees are non-refundable. Medication sales are final. For billing queries, contact support@medwe.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and materials are the property of MedWe. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
MedWe is not liable for clinical outcomes, as all medical decisions rest with the treating physician. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
